We rented Bryce and Miki’s place for our friend’s bridal shower and had a wonderful time. They were both very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. It was an amazing deal - getting a place with a swimming pool and karaoke system at this price was a real bonus. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

This home is exactly what you see in the pictures, its also exceptionally clean and the pool was the perfect icing on the cake.I love the little touches that the host lay out for me with snacks and coffee , would 1000% recommand to my friends and everyone. Thank you Bryce :)

My family love the place! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the karaoke set which was easy to use with clear instructions on how to operate it. The swimming pool was also surprisingly clean, though rather small. But it was lovely for the kids to get a dip. The lawn is also well maintained and clean. We didn't have mosquitoes as well, which made hanging outside in the lawn lovely. Overall, loved the place and will definitely be back!

Timber Homestay is wonderful stay for our family, the 6 of us. We like the beds and karaoke. As mentioned by Bryce, a lots of great restaurants nearby and it’s quite near to JB ICQ. We had a good time playing in the pool!

This bnb is great! The location is slightly away from main area of mount austin which is great as the night is quiet and good for chill small group gathering and peaceful rest. The host is responsive, accomodating and provides clear instructions for check-in and out. The place is big and there are mahjong, ktv and great wifi. Water cooler is available and cleanliness is top-notch. There is also a jacuzzi-pool but we had a short stay so didnt get to try it. Other stuff includes kitchen, washing machine, big beds and good functioning aircon. I will very likely stay over with friends again. Thanks for having us!
